Preggo

I am going backwards a few months- but this is news worth sharing! It is no secret, but we are expecting our second sweet baby in December!!! I love this pic because I took it right after I told Jeffrey I was pregnant.

We kept the pregnancy a secret for 9 weeks- which was like torture for me!!! (I told so many lies...) We really wanted to surprise everyone at Lane's 1st birthday party since the family would all be together. It was worth the wait! We made a slideshow of pictures from his birth to 1 year and at the end had the two pictures below. There were lots of screams and tears and hugs. It was the best.

We are beyond excited to welcome another precious baby into our family and are amazed that God is entrusting us with another child. After struggling to have Lane we take nothing for granted and are soaking up every bit of parenting, pregnancy, and just life. They will be about 19 months apart! This is going to be my best Christmas present ever. We are looking forward to the baby, but also treasuring these days with just Lane. We won't be a family of three for long!
