We are homeowners times two!
We found and put a contract on our new house this week... now we just have to sell ours. I am so excited about our new abode and think it will be perfect for our growing family. The biggest perk is that it is move in ready. That was big for us- I love everything, even the paint colors!!
Why are houses so fun?? I just can't wait to decorate and get settled. These nesting urges have been curbed long enough, it is time to get down to business!
Yesterday I had the privilege of experiencing the massive consignment sale at the fairgrounds to shop for our little guy. It made me feel like a real mom...
Finding a parking space a mile from the door, waiting in a line outside in the snow that wrapped around the building, and running to grab the best stuff without caring who was in my way. I felt like I was using my belly to knock people out of my path.
When it was all said and done I found some pretty cute stuff for cheap. Some of it had the original tags on it! I will be back next year with a laundry basket (that I pull behind me with a belt) to haul it all... I missed that memo as a rookie shopper! Ha!

I might hit up that sale on Saturday! I first went last year when I was preggo and fell IN love. Where is your new house? Close to mine?!
