It is a bittersweet time for us. We are selling our first house! I can't believe the time has gone so fast, but residency is here. We have LOVED our little home and hope the next people love it like we did. It is perfect for a first time home buyer on a budget. If you know anyone that needs a cozy starter home, spread the word!
